Refund Policy*

*This policy is ONLY for customers that purchased a software license to our product through the website, it is not the policy for customers that purchase licenses at Live Events. Live Event customers must adhere to the refund and cancellation policy signed and received upon enrollment and agreed upon at signup at the live event.  They can be viewed here - Terms of Service

Rip2it.com offers a 3 day money back guarantee and all refunds are subject to the policies written herein. The policy is

  • 100% refund will only be issued if you have NOT received your monthly allotment of Unique Sites or you have NOT (a) downloaded premade sites, (b) downloaded products and/or resources. If you have received Unique sites or downloaded premade websites or used materials, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you are not satisfied with your sites, we must be been given the chance to insure you are satisfied with your purchase and make every attempt possible to insure satisfaction
  • Refunds cannot be requested for the following reasons, “I didn’t make any money with the sites, so I want my money back” (or any statement that reflects not making money from the sites) "I changed my mind and/or am going in a different direction with my business". For above reasons, products purchased that are downloaded are NOT refundable. 

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED FOR DEVELOPMENT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.

Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on Rip2it Software's Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
